Organic Entertainment is a boutique service firm committed to helping independent record labels and recording artists who compete for market share with major labels develop a sustainable brand recognition, inherently grow financially, and all while operating outside of the major label system as it exists today. We create communications strategies and provide real solutions for independent labels and career artists that operate as labels. We are in essence, your record label for-hire. Believe us when we say, it's good for you.

Margo "It's Good For You" Drgos
Margo started Organic Entertainment in 2005 from a clear vision for what has become the "indie" marketplace, a new music economy that has given artists more financial and creative freedom than ever before and not to mention the ability to compete on a level playing field with acts that have marketing muscle and distribution streams perhaps double or triple their own capacity. She sought to develop a service group, a label for-hire, if you will, under one roof. This concept strives to save money and time for said customers - both valuable commodities in what has become a saturated and extremely competitive arena in this new digital era of music marketing.
Her career has been spent developing corporate communications and global brand strategies for start-up companies in the tech, entertainment, media and online retail industries. Just prior to starting Organic, she oversaw college radio promotions at 18-year old private company, Twin Vision and worked to further the careers of several independent artists that have since gone on to greater successes.

David "Helllooo!" Gwiazdowski
"Gwiz," as he prefers to be called, started out in 1986 doing overnight alternative rock DJing at WICN, an NPR station in his hometown of Worcester, MA. He graduated Emerson College in Boston in 1992, where he was the rock music coordinator at WERS and did an intern stint at Rykodisc. Upon moving to NYC, Gwiz did late night air at WFDU-Teaneck throughout the 90's until co-founding Rubric Records as Operations Manager with Kenny Sehgal in 1999. Together they signed Gogol Bordello, Mary Lou Lord, The Bevis Frond and Cave Catt Sammy among a 60 title catalogue of obscure psychedelic, rockabilly, indie rock and roots rock that he managed.
Rubric merged with Tee Pee Records in 2003, and Gwiz worked with the merged company for 2 years before going out on his own to focus on booking. As the owner and operator of Gwiz Booking and Promotion, Dave handled tours for the Heroine Sheiks, Haley Bonar, Matt Keating and a dozen others, as well as handling radio promotions for Brian Jonestown Massacre, Ipecac recording artists Messer Chups and other Tee Pee recording artists. Gwiz currently heads up all booking and radio promotion projects at Organic.

Eric "Eric" Gottlieb, Jr.
Eric, the new guy, arrived a little late to music. His first concert was at 16 (Fugazi, Congress Hotel, Tucson, AZ). Although he doesn't regret it since he was able to skip the requisite 80's cock rock reunion show that many of the previous generation did not. Afterwards he began playing in spastic noise rock bands in high school on Long Island. He then pursued a performance-percussion degree at Five Towns College while still playing in spastic noise bands, only now his tastes had evolved with his jazz environment. During this time, Eric relentlessly booked, promoted, toured, and performed in a number of college level and independent musical projects from rock, to lounge pop, to jazz groups, to theater performances. These experiences taught him that the determining factor for any level of success in the industry is the professional trust and friendly relationships one builds with each other. He graduated in 2006 with a Bachelors of Music and a minor in Music Business.
After interning at Beggars Group/ Matador Records last year and at AAM the year before, Eric has since joined the Organic crew to help Dave with all radio and booking projects. He's also since abandoned spastic bands all together and now plays in a roots act called Trashed on Fiction. They boast recently playing Macarren Park Pool and has traveled as far west as Chicago. Look for them in a dive or sports bar near you soon. He also lives in Brooklyn in an apartment building that borders on being a sitcom. Remember those?
